R. Fajardo

Dear Students,
I hope everyone is well and optimistic about returning to school to develop and enrich our educational needs, together.  I look forward to being your 3rd grade teacher this school year.  A couple of tips to help with having a successful school year are: READ, READ, READ everyday and PRACTICE DAILY on memorizing the Addition and MULTIPLICATION Facts. Doing this will benefit you immensely.  For math, the use of a grid/graph paper (squares) and/or a number chart are helpful for skip counting (see attached).  In addition, working towards meeting weekly goals in Imagine Math, Imagine Math Facts, IXL, and iReady reading lessons and activities will continue to be expected. And most importantly, having a POSITIVE ATTITUDE and willingness to keep on trying will help us all to improve in ALL AREAS. I can't wait to meet you soon and get started with our shared goals. See you soon! :-)
                                                                                                                     Sincerely,
                                                                                                                     Mrs. Fajardo
