Read 3 Read In-Author Read Alouds

  1. All schools/organizations are asked to stop, drop, and read for 30 minutes between 10:00-11:00.
  2. Students can read self-selected books or books assigned by the teacher.
  3. Non-readers can enjoy story time read by an adult.
  4. Take pics and post to your school’s or organization’s social media accounts. Use #Read3ReadIn and #HEB
  5. You can tune in at 10:00 to watch as author Ernest Cline shares his newest book, Bridge to Bat City (https://www.cavalierhousebooks.com/book/9780316460583.) We will also preview a portion of an H-E-B Our Texas, Our Future Film called Batsies. Lastly, Fran Hutchens from Bat Conservation International and Bracken Cave Preserve (where 15 million bats make their summer home) will present facts about bats.
