Hello! My name is Mrs. Langley, and I am proud to be your School Counselor at Midkiff Elementary. I want you to know that I'm here to assist you and your child in any possible way. Whether you prefer a phone call or an email, I'm just one step away.

As your School Counselor, my primary role is to assist students in developing academic, personal, career, social, and emotional skills. I collaborate closely with students, parents, staff, and our community to foster a positive and safe learning environment that supports student success.

I provide assistance during various transitions, including moving to a new school or grade level, coping with divorce or remarriage, dealing with the loss of a loved one, navigating crisis situations, and addressing academic concerns. I also support students with personal needs, such as friendship issues, illness, stress, anxiety, and worry. Students will benefit from weekly Guidance lessons and individual or small group counseling sessions as needed. I am fully committed to ensuring every student's success!
