• I will have my Reading Log with me when I check out books and take a quiz
• I will check out and test on books that are in my ZPD range
• I will properly fill out my Reading Log before taking a quiz
• I will ONLY test on books that I have read
• I will not take the book with me to the computer when I test
• I will NOT copy answers, tell someone the answers to a test, try to get answers from someone else, or test for someone else
• I will NOT share my username or password with anyone
• I will try my best to reach my goals every six weeks throughout the year with a 90% or higher

• Yo tendré mi libreta de lectura cuando escoja mi libro y tome un examen
• Yo escogeré y tomaré examenes en libros que esten en mi nivel de ZPD
• Yo llenaré apropiadamente mi libreta de lectura antes de tomar cada examen
• Yo solo tomaré examenes sobre libros que yo haya leído
• Yo no llevaré mi libro a la computadora cuando tome un examen
• Yo no copearé respuestas, no compartiré respuestas de otra persona, y no tomaré examen por alguien más
• Yo no compartiré mi información
• Yo intentaré alcanzar mi meta cada seis semanas durante todo el año con un promedio de 90% y arriba

Lost or Damaged Library Books:

***I understand that if I don’t pay for a lost or damaged library book, I WILL NOT be allowed to check out books until I do.
